I'm too lazy. In a lot of ways.
OK. So it's 50 lbs. down now. I have to stop this here.
I started Power 90 earlier this week and did it for two days. It's basically the easier version of p90x. I figured, if I can't get my butt to the gym, maybe I'll do this. I'm not saying it's easy. My abs are killing me. So I didn't do it yesterday. I should be doing it today. Why am I not? Really no excuse. I wouldn't be doing the ab part today.
I felt great the two days I did it!
Just so unmotivated.
How is everyone? I've horribly neglected the blog as I've pretty much neglected my health.

ReplyDeleteI'm doing fine, still bitching about my hormones (I'm 41, it comes with the territory), now 6 pounds (6.5, whatever) from goal weight. Whiny today because of my weigh-in -- the .5 pound issue -- and because of, well, HORMONES.
The human kids are surviving a new school year nicely from what they're willing to tell me, and the felines and canine are doing marvelously. In my next life, I want to come back as a pampered house pet.

Aww... Love you, doc. (whether it's real or you just play one on tv... ;) ) Life is tough. Good to see you. And you KNOW how things are with me. There's never any end to the whining I can do.

ReplyDeleteI hear ya - the 10 lbs I peeled off laboriously last year found their way "home", plus a few bonus ones. I've been too bummed out getting over the death of my beloved Princess to care too much.
If I had the answers to preventing canine/feline aggression, I'd be pretty wealthy now ;-) ! (One of this AM's disruptors was 2 female dogs who mixed it up w/result of a torn ear on the younger one, but that was a relatively easy problem to solve: she was IN HEAT, so I just talked the owner into spaying her while I had her anesthetized to stitch up the ear!)
Otherwise I advocate mood stabilizers for everyone ;-)
